Your approval is based upon the completed results of the application in full. Below are the steps for applying online.   1. Pay your application fee. Fee is $34 for an individual 18 or older living at the home or $35 for a married couple.
  2. Fill out the online application here. Enter our company code 1419C.
  3. Please read and sign the application policies. You are welcome to fax it to us at 509-928-6612 or email it to callrents@aol.com.
  4. We are required to have copies of photo identification (driver license) and Social Security number (if you do not have ss card please contact us for other approved forms). You are welcome to fax the above documentation to us at 509-928-6612 or email it to callrents@aol.com.
