Meet the Team

PAM (President/Designated Broker) – Pam started her career in real estate by accident well over 30 years ago when a home she owned just wasn’t selling – little did she know it was the start to a career! She has worked in real estate over 25 years and has been the owner of Call Realty for 17 years after being a very busy stay at home Mom to four children! She was raised in the military and had the privilege of traveling extensively – all over the US as well as Europe and the Far East! She has been a resident of the Great Northwest for over 30 years and is happy to call it HOME! Pam met Jess online and married in 1999 and they have been inseparable since! She recently had the opportunity of moving her parents from San Antonio, TX to live with her and Jess – sadly, her Mom passed away Thanksgiving 2009, but her Dad keeps her on her toes as well as brings a great sense of humor and a love of nature to their home with gardening, bird feeders, deer watching!

JESS (Vice President / Maintenance – Repairs) – Jess was raised in Moses Lake and grew up with a strong work ethic learning landscape gardening with his Dad. He was an active and ambitious Boy Scout earning his Eagle award at age 14! He has always had an eye for business from the time he sold radishes to a local grocer up to the time he owned and operated two hydraulics repair businesses for 20 years in Moses Lake. He has a great love of muscle cars and anything with speed – he enjoyed participating in drag racing for a number of years and continues to be an NHRA and NASCAR fan! Pam was able to convince Jess to join the Call Realty family in 2005 and he has been a huge asset in helping coordinate the multitude of repair and maintenance calls that come through the office – as well as has graciously been our 24 hours emergency “go to” guy! Jess and Pam are the proud parents of a combined family of 7 children and grandparents to 12 grandchildren with #13 on the way!

ADAM (Managing Broker) – Adam came to Call Realty approximately 6 years ago with a tremendous business background for such a young man! He hails from Moses Lake, WA where he was raised – while in high school he worked at Kmart and became an assistant manager before the age of 19! He took a two year break to serve a mission for his church in Guatemala, returning to school and continued work at Kmart in Idaho. When he returned to WA, he managed a rent-to-own/payday loan store for 3 – 4 years! In the middle of school and work he married a beautiful young lady – Liz – they are the parents of four ranging in ages from 1 to 6! Needless to say, there’s little “time off” for Adam! But, when he can get a break, he enjoys reading, gardening, the family, and following politics! With Adam’s international experience, he is fluent in Spanish and is a tremendous help to our Spanish speaking clients!

HEATH (Broker) – Heath came to Call Realty last year by way of Sydney, Australia and brings with him over 9 years of commercial and residential property management experience in addition to studying Property Economics and Property Management in college! He is married to a beautiful American bride, Tiffany, and is the proud (and exhausted) father of twins – a little boy, Oscar, and an even littler girl, Sydney! Heath has happily traded broken bones and bruises being a Rugby player to now being a Rugby fan and family man here in Spokane!

CAROLYN (Broker / Tenant Check Outs) – Carolyn comes to Call Realty with a wealth of work experience in a variety of fields from being a tabler at a drapery manufacturing company to a nurse’s assistant to running her own home daycare business! She has been a licensed agent with our office for 9 years and has been a huge asset to our company! Her interests include raising Toy Poodles, being an accomplished seamstress, and is a wonderful cook! Carolyn has been married to her husband, Kurt, for 18 years and is the mother of two of her own sons as well as five of Kurt’s and the proud Grandma of 8 grandchildren!

PENNY (Bookkeeping) – Penny was born in Montana and has lived in 7 states – but keeps coming back to Spokane (this is her third time – she has been here 14 years this round, so think she’ll stay!)! Prior to Call Realty, she worked as a cosmetologist, bank teller, assistant to a financial advisor, and an accounts payable clerk! Penny has been our ace bookkeeper for over four years now! She has one of the toughest jobs as owners and vendors need to have their money “yesterday” while she is at the mercy of a rent payment schedule! She lightens the office with her easy and ready laugh and her willingness to do whatever is needed to help both owners and tenants with understanding their finances. Penny is the oldest of four siblings and the “favorite” aunt to 9 nieces and nephews!

TERRY (Main Receptionist) – Terry has lived in Spokane for 39 years and worked in retail sales just prior to joining the Call Realty family three years ago! She and her husband, Gary, have been married for 14 years and are the parents of a huge, combined family of 10 children, 25 grandchildren, and a new great grandchild! Terry loves anything outdoors – biking, walking, camping – anything to spend time with the family! A big part of Terry’s family are her “kids” still at home – Mactavish and Jill – two very busy Terriers!!

BLAYRE (Support Staff) – Blayre has been with Call Realty off and on since 2005 – in between going to school and serving an 18 months mission for her church! She is currently in school pursuing a degree in Secondary Education with the goal of becoming a high school athletic coach! She loves sports – but is especially immersed with volleyball. Blayre is one of Call Realty’s support staff and is willing to work in any area she is needed! Blayre was just married to her sweetheart, Ryan, in June!
