Meet the Team

PAM (President/Designated Broker) – Pam started her career in real estate by accident well over 30 years ago when a home she owned just wasn’t selling – little did she know it was the start to a career! She has worked in real estate over 25 years and has been the owner of Call Realty for 19 years after being a very busy stay at home Mom to four children! She was raised in the military and had the privilege of traveling extensively – all over the US as well as Europe and the Far East! She has been a resident of the Great Northwest for over 30 years and is happy to call it HOME! Pam met Jess online and married in 1999 and they have been inseparable since!

JESS (Vice President / Maintenance – Repairs) – Jess was raised in Moses Lake and grew up with a strong work ethic learning landscape gardening with his Dad. He was an active and ambitious Boy Scout earning his Eagle award at age 14! He has always had an eye for business from the time he sold radishes to a local grocer up to the time he owned and operated two hydraulics repair businesses for 20 years in Moses Lake. He has a great love of muscle cars and anything with speed – he enjoyed participating in drag racing for a number of years and continues to be an NHRA and NASCAR fan! Pam was able to convince Jess to join the Call Realty family in 2005 and he has been a huge asset in helping coordinate the multitude of repair and maintenance calls that come through the office – as well as has graciously been our 24 hours emergency “go to” guy! Jess and Pam are the proud parents of a combined family of 7 children and grandparents to 13 grandchildren with #14 on the way!

ADAM (Managing Broker) – Adam came to Call Realty approximately 7 years ago with a tremendous business background for such a young man! He hails from Moses Lake, WA where he was raised – while in high school he worked at Kmart and became an assistant manager before the age of 19! He took a two year break to serve a mission for his church in Guatemala, returning to school and continued work at Kmart in Idaho. When he returned to WA, he managed a rent-to-own/payday loan store for 3 – 4 years! In the middle of school and work he married a beautiful young lady – Liz – they are the parents of four ranging in ages from 2 to 7 with #5 on the way! Needless to say, there’s little “time off” for Adam! But, when he can get a break, he enjoys reading, gardening, the family, and following politics! With Adam’s international experience, he is fluent in Spanish and is a tremendous help to our Spanish speaking clients! UPDATE! Adam and Liz just had baby #5 - 8lbs 14oz on October 17th!

HEATH (Broker) – Heath has been with Call Realty since 2009. Originally from Sydney, Australia he has over 10 years of commercial and residential property management experience in addition to studying Property Economics and Real Estate Business Management at the University of Western Sydney! He is married to Tiffany, a beautiful local girl, and is the proud father of twins – a little boy, Oscar, and an even littler girl, Sydney, now 2 years old. Heath has happily traded broken bones and bruises being a Rugby player to now being a Rugby fan and family man here in Spokane!

SEAN (Broker) Sean is our newest Call Realty broker who will be working in all areas as needed! He brings a solid work ethic and drive to the Call Realty team, which he has earned through his experience being in the military as well as a civilian Property Manager. His strong background comes from the U.S. Military where he served on board USS NIMITZ CVN-68 for four years in addition to completing three Western Pacific Deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. After his Military term ended he went on to flight school in New Mexico where he earned his Professional Pilot Ratings. Sean brings with him experience in Residential Property Management through his Military and Civilian experiences, where he managed military and civilian rentals, with a combined total of over 6 years of Residential Property Management. Sean was born in Central California and enjoys the gym, racquet ball, and anything that gets the heart going!!

PENNY (Bookkeeping) – Penny was born in Montana and has lived in 7 states – but keeps coming back to Spokane (this is her third time – she has been here 14 years this round, so think she’ll stay!)! Prior to Call Realty, she worked as a cosmetologist, bank teller, assistant to a financial advisor, and an accounts payable clerk! Penny has been our ace bookkeeper for over five years now! She has one of the toughest jobs as owners and vendors need to have their money “yesterday” while she is at the mercy of a rent payment schedule! She lightens the office with her easy and ready laugh and her willingness to do whatever is needed to help both owners and tenants with understanding their finances. Penny is the oldest of four siblings and the “favorite” aunt to 9 nieces and nephews!

ROBYNE (Reception/Office Support) Robyne was born and raised in Spokane. She is the mother of 4 wonderful children! Her 3 girls and 1 boy keep her life busy and filled with laughter and fun!! She and her handsome husband, Nathaniel have been married for 15 years. They have been owner operators of Natural Stone Systems, which is a local granite fabrication shop, for the last 9 years where Robyne was in charge of managing the office. While being a full time mom and helping her husband with their thriving business, she tries to find time for herself. When doing so, she loves to garden, watch old movies (and she'll beat anybody for Disney movie trivia!), and play games! Robyne is new to the Call Realty team in the position of receptionist/office support, but is excited to bring both her enthusiasm and office skills to such a family based business!

BLAYRE (Support Staff) – Blayre has been with Call Realty off and on since 2005 – in between going to school and serving an 18 months mission for her church! She is currently in school pursuing a degree in Secondary Education with the goal of becoming a high school athletic coach! She loves sports – but is especially immersed with volleyball. Blayre is one of Call Realty’s support staff and is willing to work in any area she is needed!

RYAN (Checkouts)- Ryan joined the team late last year and has jumped in as our "checkout dude" (property check outs and inspections)! He brings with him much experience in the housing industry as he worked in new home construction just prior to joining Call Realty. Ryan grew up in Guam then moved to Spokane when he was 12. He served a two year mission for his church to McAllen, TX and is currently attending Eastern Washington University studying to become a physical therapist. He and Blayre were married June 2010! Ryan loves being active and outdoors and is especially fond of baseball and occasionally meditating like a monk on top of Dishman Hills in his spare time!

Cindie (Support Staff) Cindie has recently joined the Call Realty family as support staff and brings with her a variety of experiences! She was born and raised in Idaho and met her husband while both were students at the University of Idaho - after graduation they moved to Vancouver, WA but returned to Spokane eight years ago! She has previously worked in the hotel industry as a front desk clerk as well as having secretarial background! Cindie is the mother of four children! As a family they enjoy being near the beach, going for drives throughout the area, and taking part in many of the great activities Spokane has to offer! Cindie also finds time for hobbies such as catering, art history, chocolate sampling (yum!!) and embroidery and cross stitch.
